Modify store info & password
Delivery representatives
The delivery representatives section shows you the entire fleet of delivery representatives registered in your store, knowing which stores they belong to
Some of the delegate counts can be customized in the Actions column.
Deleting the representative: to remove the representative from the entire store
Modify the number of orders: To allocate a certain number of orders that the delegate can have at the same time.
Commission Modification: It is an option to modify the representative commission
Appendices: To identify the excess products of the representative at the present time.
Password reset: In case the delivery person loses the password, you can reset the password on his behalf.
Page admins
It is a page to identify moderators or admins, from which a new page representative can be added by clicking on the "Add representative" button at the top, and creating a new account for the administrator.
List of cities
It is a list of delivery cities in which delivery is provided. We offer a ready-made list in most Libyan cities from the east, west and south.
Add a new city or region from the top by clicking on the “Add a city/region” option with the ability to select it as a sub-region or a main city.
With the possibility of modifying the existing cities by clicking on "Modify" in the Actions column
Order List
It is a section to collect all orders in your store circle from all stores and direct sales operations
With the possibility of making modifications or other operations in the column of procedures, the available options are as follows:
Print: To print the order on paper
Archive: It is a record of modifications to the order
Modify the order: to amend matters about the order
Withdrawal from the representative: To cancel one of the representatives sponsoring the current order, and give it to another representative
Deleting the order: It is deleting it from the currently stable orders, but it can be returned at any later time
Final Deletion: It is the final deletion of the order.

3. Modify the commission: To modify the commission of the representative
4. Delete: to delete the delegate from the current store

5. The total value is the value of the products + the value of the representative (in short, the value you receive from the customer).

7. Status, which is the current status of the order.

Return of deleted orders

Quantity book can be considered as a book for product updates in your account.
It records all operations of adding products to your account and others by the store or page administrators.
Receivables register
It is your last stop in the sections of your representative panel, and it is a record of reviewing the termination of accounts previously made with the store.

Products section
From this page, the representative knows the products in his possession, which he received from the warehouse or the store on the ground.
The "Excess Products" button will take you to a page with the products you have, but they do not currently have stable orders, and the best step here is to return these products, because they take up space in your vehicle or in your own warehouse.
Shortcomings section
The deficiencies section is responsible for informing you of products that are not available in your account.
And the matter is when an order is accepted, but its products have not been listed, or your quantity has run out
Contact the store administrators in this case to add the missing products to your account.

The control panel is your main interface when entering the admin section. It consists of orders that have been booked today. To add new orders, click on the "Add Order" button above.
As on the same page, a search box and the "Search for an order" button is a more advanced search option with many options for a more accurate search.
On the same page, you can modify an order by clicking on the three dots in the Actions column.
The order can also be deleted temporarily through the "Delete Order" option, and it will go to the "Deleted Orders" page.
As for the permanently delete button, it is for permanently deleting the order from the order list
Products section
It is a page that collects all the products in your store at all times. From the same page, it is possible to view the contents of the order by clicking on the option with the same name, and to modify or delete the order by clicking on the three dots in the Actions column.
How to add a new order
You can add either from the control panel by clicking on "Add an order"
Or by clicking on the "Add an Order" section on the side of the page
On the Add Products page, there are the fields available for the customer’s name on the social networking site, whether Facebook or Instagram, phone number, and others.
In the city field, when choosing a city, the final price changes dynamically as shown in the before and after image.
In the region field, the default is that there are names of regions of specific cities for the cities of Benghazi and Tripoli, and it is necessary to choose one of the regions to book the order correctly. As for other cities, there is no such option
In the "customer's detailed address" field, you can write the address without restrictions for more details. This is an example of the process:

Cities
It is to know the delivery price for each of the cities and regions designated by the store supervisors, and whether the city is available for delivery at the present time or not.
Recycle Bin
When any order is deleted, it moves directly to this section, and it can be returned to the orders in a stable condition from the procedures column. Click on “Add Order” and you can write the reason for the return, such as that the customer was on vacation during the non-reply period.
